CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Silica Exclusion Endorsement <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />It is understood and agreed that the policy is amended as follows: <br />I. Under COVERAGES, Coverage A — Bodily Injury And Property Damage Liability, the paragraph entitled <br />Exclusions, is amended to add the following exclusion: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />A. bodily injury arising, in whole or in part, out of the actual, alleged or threatened: <br />1. respiration; or <br />2. ingestion; <br />at any time of silica; or <br />B. property damage arising in whole or in part out of the actual, alleged or threatened presence of silica. <br />II. Under COVERAGES, Coverage B — Personal And Advertising Injury Liability, the paragraph entitled Exclusions, <br />is amended to add the following exclusion: <br />This insurance does not apply to personal and advertising injury arising, in whole or in part, out of the actual, <br />alleged or threatened: <br />A. exposure at any time to; or <br />B. presence at any time of; <br />silica. <br />III.
