CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Employee Benefits Liability Coverage Part - Occurrence <br />F. the use of another's advertising idea in the Named Insured's advertisement; or <br />G. infringing upon another's copyright or slogan in the Named Insureds advertisement. <br />Policy period means the period of time from the effective date and time of this Policy to the date and time of <br />termination as shown in the Policy Declarations, or its earlier cancellation date. <br />Property damage means physical injury to: <br />A. tangible property, including all resulting loss of use of that property. All such loss of use shall be deemed to occur <br />at the time of the physical injury that caused it; or <br />B. loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such loss of use shall be deemed to occur at the <br />time of the occurrence that caused it. <br />Related claims means all claims arising out of a single act, error or omission or arising out of related acts, errors or <br />omissions negligently committed in the administration of the Insured Entity's employee benefits program. <br />Spouse means any husband or wife or any person qualifying as a domestic partner under any federal, state or local <br />laws or under the Named Insured's employee benefit plans or employee benefits program. <br />Suit means a civil proceeding in which damages to which this insurance applies are alleged.
