CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />State Amendatory Endorsement (Employee Benefits Liability - <br />Occurrence) — Georgia <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />EMPLOYEE BENEFITS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART - OCCURRENCE <br />It is understood and agreed that: <br />I. The Section entitled CONDITIONS, the paragraph entitled Concealment, Misrepresentation and Fraud is deleted in <br />its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />Concealment, Misrepresentation and Fraud <br />No concealment, misrepresentation or fraud shall defeat recovery under this coverage part unless such concealment, <br />misrepresentation or fraud was material. Concealment, misrepresentation or fraud in the procurement of this coverage <br />part which if known by the Insurer would have led to refusal by the Insurer to make this contract or provide coverage, <br />or to make this contract or provide coverage on different terms or conditions, will be deemed material. <br />II.
