CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Stop Gap Liability Coverage Endorsement - Ohio <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />STOP GAP LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />It is understood and agreed that under EXCLUSIONS, the paragraph entitled Intentionally Caused, is deleted and <br />replaced as follows: <br />This insurance does not apply to any actual or alleged bodily injury caused by employer acts committed with the <br />deliberate intent to injure an employee, or committed with the belief that injury is substantially certain to occur.
