CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Cancellation / Nonrenewal Endorsement - Georgia <br />In those cases where an increase in premium exceeds fifteen percent (15%), the notice to the first Named Insured <br />will indicate the dollar amount of the increase. <br />5. If this policy is terminated, the Insurer will send the first Named Insured any premium refund due. If the Insurer <br />cancels the refund will be pro rata. If the first Named Insured cancels, the refund may be less than pro rata. The <br />cancellation will be effective even if the Insurer has not made or offered a refund. <br />6. The notice of cancellation or non -renewal will state the actual reason for the cancellation or non -renewal. <br />7. Notice of cancellation or non -renewal will state the effective date of cancellation or non -renewal. The policy period <br />will end on that date. <br />8.
