CNA CNA PARAMOUNT <br />Asbestos Exclusion Endorsement <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />PRODUCTS/COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS PROTECTIVE LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />RAILROAD PROTECTIVE LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />SPECIAL PROTECTIVE AND HIGHWAY LIABILITY POLICY — NEW YORK <br />STOP GAP COVERAGE PART <br />It is understood and agreed that the following exclusion is added: <br />This insurance does not apply to: <br />A. bodily injury, property damage or personal and advertising injury arising out of the actual, alleged or threatened <br />exposure at any time to asbestos; or <br />B. any loss, cost or expense that may be awarded or incurred: <br />1. by reason of a claim for any bodily injury, property damage or personal and advertising injury arising out of <br />the actual, alleged or threatened exposure at any time to asbestos; or <br />2. in complying with a governmental direction or request to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain or dispose of <br />asbestos. <br />As used herein, asbestos means the mineral in any form whether or not the asbestos was at any time: <br />L airborne as a fiber, particle or dust; <br />ii. contained in or formed a part of a product, structure or other real or personal property; <br />iii. carried on clothing; <br />iv. inhaled or ingested; or <br />v. transmitted by any other means. <br />All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged. <br />This endorsement, which forms a part of and is for attachment to the Policy issued by the designated Insurers, takes effect <br />on the effective date of said Policy at the hour stated in said Policy, unless another effective date is shown below, and <br />expires concurrently with said Policy. <br />CNA74719XX (1-15) <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />VALLEY FORGE INSURANCE <br />Insured Name: LYRASIS INC <br />Po <br />EndorsemE Risk MmRgmerdDiAsiun <br />COMPANY Effectiv iti z REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />Copyright CNA All Rights Reserved. ` Risk Management Analyst <br />
