CNA CNA Paramount Excess and Umbrella Liability
<br />Policy
<br />(c) being stored, disposed of, treated or processed in or upon the covered auto except that
<br />this subparagraph does not apply to fuels, lubricants, fluids, exhaust, gases or other
<br />similar Pollutants that are needed for or result from the normal electrical, hydraulic or
<br />mechanical functioning of the covered auto or its parts if the pollutants escape or are
<br />discharged, dispersed or released directly from an auto part designed by its
<br />manufacturer to hold, store, receive or dispose of such pollutants;
<br />vi. before the pollutants or property in which the pollutants are contained are moved from the
<br />place where they are accepted by the Insured for movement into or onto the covered auto;
<br />or
<br />vii. after the pollutants or property in which the pollutants are contained are moved from the
<br />covered auto to the place where they are finally delivered, disposed of or abandoned by the
<br />Insured.
<br />Subparagraphs vi. and vii. do not apply if the pollutants or property in which the pollutants are
<br />contained are upset, overturned or damaged as a result of the maintenance or use of a covered
<br />auto and the discharge, dispersal, release or escape of the pollutants is caused directly by such
<br />upset, overturn or damage.
<br />b. any actual or alleged personal and advertising injury arising out of the actual, alleged or
<br />threatened discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release or escape of pollutants at any time.
<br />c. any actual or alleged loss, cost or expense arising out of any:
<br />i. request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory requirement that any Insured or others test
<br />for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond
<br />to, or assess the effects of pollutants; or
<br />ii. claim by or on behalf of a governmental authority for damages because of testing for,
<br />monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, detoxifying or neutralizing, or in any
<br />way responding to, or assessing the effects of pollutants.
<br />However, if liability for damages because of property damage is not excluded by paragraph a. of
<br />this exclusion, then neither will paragraph c. above serve to exclude such damages.
<br />C. Coverage B - Umbrella Liability Exclusions
<br />With respect to the Coverage B - Umbrella Liability, this Insurance does not apply to:
<br />1. Aircraft, Auto, Watercraft or Mobile Equipment
<br />any actual or alleged bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury arising out of
<br />the ownership, maintenance, operation, use, loading or unloading or entrustment to others of any:
<br />a. aircraft owned by any Insured or rented, loaned or chartered by or on behalf of any Insured
<br />without crew; or
<br />b. autos, watercraft or mobile equipment
<br />This exclusion applies even if such claim against an Insured alleges negligence or other wrongdoing
<br />in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that Insured.
<br />This exclusion does not apply to:
<br />i. watercraft while ashore on premises the Named Insured owns or rents;
<br />ii. watercraft the Named Insured does not own that is:
<br />(a) less than 55 feet long; and
<br />(b) not being used to carry persons or property for a charge; or
