Gym membership <br />Monex Place Wellness Inc understandsthata healthy workforce is a positive attribute to both <br />the company's success and the workers well- being. In effortto encourage a healthy lifestyle we <br />will provide free gym membershipsto all employeesto stay fit. We are also working with a yoga <br />instructor and a meditation leaderfor group sessions during the workdayto minimize stress and <br />help strengthen the immune systems of ouremployees. <br />b. Paid sick leave <br />Ourcompanysick leave policy outlinesour company's provisionsfor employeeswho become <br />sick and need to be absentfrom work. Due to COVID-19 we are giving emergency paid leave to <br />those that are affected along with their regularly paid sick time. When employees wantto use <br />their sick time, they should notify the irsupervisoras soon as possible eitherthrough email or <br />phone.They should also inform the supervisorfor how long they'll be absent(if possible) or <br />reportdaily foreverydayof sick leave. <br />c. Local charitable donations: <br />We are willing to donate $30,000 annually to local charity. <br />d. Public transportation reimbursement program foremployees <br />All employeeswill be encouraged to carpool and utilize public transportation to and from work. <br />The employees will receive full reimbursement for expenses incurred utilizing public <br />transportation. <br />e. Green building practices - <br />The company will be installing solar as soon as practicable. We will followthe best practicesfor <br />al I potentialgreen practices. <br />4. Youth program and youth education donations (Kidworks, etc.) Asa company we like to give back to <br />our community. Here are a fewthings we have contributed to overthe years. <br />
