EEC <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />City of Anaheim: WDR Compliance, FOG Program Management and Inspection Services <br />Contact: Mr. Jonathan Heffernan, Operations Supervisor, (714) 765-6860 <br />EEC has provided FOG program services to the City of Anaheim since 2008. Services have <br />included FSE inspections, development of the City's FOG program manual, and guidance on <br />analysis of FSE contributions to sewer line hotspots and SSOs. During SSO events, EEC <br />provided support for follow-up inspections, corrective action tracking, and GIS development to <br />aid in analysis of FSE and SSO relationships. EEC has assisted the City to review FSE variance <br />and waiver requests, including site inspections, to verify site limitations or identify alternatives to <br />preclude the need for a variance. In 2013, EEC audited the City's internal SSMP. This project is <br />ongoing. <br />The project scope included the following elements: <br />SSMP internal audit <br />Compliance/enforcement inspections <br />New FSE permitting inspections <br />New FSE building plan and variance request review <br />SSO response support and training <br />FSE NPDES inspections <br />FSE BMP/GRE inspections <br />GIS development <br />Sewer design manual and sewer bypass guidance development <br />Sewer capacity analysis and assessment support <br />City of Los Altos: WDR Compliance and FOG Program Management <br />Contact: Aida Fairman, P.E., Engineering Services Manager, (650) 947-2603 <br />Since 2014, EEC has managed and completed the FOG <br />program inspections for the City of Los Altos. In the first year, <br />EEC completed an inventory of food service facility (FSF) <br />equipment and grease interceptor status. For FSFs that did not <br />have grease interceptors, EEC worked with the City and the <br />FSFs to install an approved grease interceptor. Each year, EEC <br />has completed the required inspections on -time including the <br />necessary follow-up and enforcement actions, binder and Excel <br />table deliverables, and has assisted the City with any <br />additional FOG program needs including educational <br />material development and plan review. <br />The project scope included the following elements: <br />FOG Program Management <br />BMP inspections <br />BMP/GRE Inspections <br />Inspection routing <br />Inspection QA/QC <br />Inspection management <br />Inspector Reviewing <br />Site Safety Plan <br />Proposal to Provide WDR Compliance Services - <br />City of Santa Ana, RFP 20-089 9 August 4, 2020 <br />
