Joseph has also conducted thousands of industrial pretreatment <br />and stormwater inspections of industrial and commercial facilities. Joseph manages and <br />schedules EEC's FSE inspection programs and provides training and quality control / <br />quality assurance of EEC's FOG inspectors. Joseph is also EEC's lead auditor for sewer <br />system management plan (SSMP) audits. To date, Joseph has conducted internal SSMP <br />audits for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, City of La Habra, City of Buena Park, <br />City of Santa Ana, and City of Anaheim. <br />Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College in Nebraska; a certificate in Environmental <br />Management from the University of California, Irvine, Extension; a certificate as a Grade I Environmental Compliance <br />Inspector through the California Water Environment Association; and a certificate as a Qualified Industrial Stormwater <br />Practitioner (QISP). Training also entailed field training <br />sessions during which varying volumes of water were spilled and trainees practices containing the spills, estimating the <br />volume of spilled water, and completing reporting forms. <br />
