Carvalho <br />Clerk of the Council <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Minutes: Mayor Sarmiento called the Special Successor Agency meeting to order at <br />10:04 p.m. <br />SPECIAL OPEN MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER 5.45 p.m. (Immediately following the Closed Session Meeting) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for ALL comments on agenda and <br />non -agenda items within the jurisdiction of the City, with the exception of public hearing <br />items. Comments for public hearings will take place after the hearing is opened.
