The Process <br />Management Professional course qualifies as the hours required by PMI to sit for a PMP Exam. The PMI Agile Certified <br />Practitioner training focuses on agile principles and skills with agile techniques. <br />Prerequisites <br />A High school diploma or equivalency is required <br />Acquired Skills <br />Students will learn both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies including the DMAIC Model and how to use the model in business <br />analysis and process improvement. Change Management and Project Selection Strategies along with Measurement Systems <br />Analysis, Histograms, Pareto, Box Plot and Scatter Plot. Generating Root Cause Hypothesis, Testing and Process Control. <br />Project Communication and Replication. Project Management will be taught from the Basics including identifying concepts of <br />project management, defining the project, initiating the project, planning the project and planning the project schedule. <br />Additionally students will learn to plan for quality, resources, procurements, risk, stakeholder engagement and communications. <br />Executing a project and working with stakeholders along with controlling and closing the project. In the Agile course students <br />will learn Core Agile Concepts, the Agile Manifesto, common Agile methodology elements, Agile Planning, Interactions, and the <br />Interpersonal Aspects of Agile.
