Microsoft Project, which is a necessary tool for Project Management and Six Sigma Professionals, will be taught to the advanced level. Student will learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma and by the end will be able to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies into a project. To earn Sigma Certification Students will need to complete a White Paper which implements Six Sigma Methodology into a project. Students will be awarded their belt from the instructor upon approval of the project. Students will learn the PMBCK methods of Project Management.
