Microsoft Project, which is a necessary <br />tool for Project Management and Six Sigma Professionals, will be taught to the advanced level. Student will learn the <br />basics of Lean Six Sigma and by the end will be able to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies into a project. To earn <br />Sigma Certification Students will need to complete a White Paper which implements Six Sigma Methodology into a <br />project. Students will be awarded their belt from the instructor upon approval of the project.
