PNASCA 23 500D <br />(Ed. 10/11) <br />Policy # BUA 6083274982 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXTENDED COVERAGE ENDORSEMENT - BA PLUS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />I. LIABILTY COVERAGE <br />1. Which are no longer in force; or <br />A. Who Is An Insured <br />2. Whose limits have been exhausted. <br />The following is added to Section II, Paragraph <br />B. <br />Bail Bonds and Loss of Earnings <br />A.1., Who Is An Insured: <br />Section 11, Paragraphs A.2.a.(2) and A.2.a.(4) are <br />1. a. Any incorporated entity of which the Named <br />revised as follows: <br />Insured owns a majority of the voting stock <br />1. In a.(2), the limit for the cost of bail bonds is <br />on the date of inception of this Coverage <br />increased from $2,000 to $5,000, and <br />Farm; provided that, <br />b. The insurance afforded by this provision <br />2.
