Physician; <br /> b. Nurse; <br /> c. Nurse practitioner; <br /> d. Emergency medical technician; <br /> e. Paramedic; <br /> f. Dentist; <br /> g. Physical therapist; <br /> h. Psychologist; <br /> i. Speech therapist; <br /> j. Other allied health professional; or <br /> Professional health care services does not include any services rendered in connection with human clinical <br /> trials or product testing. <br /> ii. delete the definition of occurrence and replace it with the following: <br /> Occurrence means a health care incident.
