NOTICE OF SECOND READING OF <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CA. <br />The City of Santa Ana encourages the <br />public to participate in the decision - <br />making process. The following notice is <br />being provided so that you can ask <br />questions, make comments and stay <br />informed about changes in land use, fees <br />or other projects that might be important <br />to you. We encourage you to contact us if <br />you have any questions. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN- The City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana will <br />consider adopting an ordinance. The title <br />of the ordinance is as follows: <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-XXXX - AN <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AMENDMENT <br />APPLICATION NO. 2020-05 REZONING <br />THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2530 <br />AND 2534 WESTMINSTER AVENUE <br />FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C2) <br />TO SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 97 <br />(SD-97) AND ADOPTING SD-97 FOR <br />SAID PROPERTY <br />Meng Time and Date:This matter will <br />be heard on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 <br />at 5:45 p.m. In light of COVID-19, the City <br />Council will be conducting the meeting in <br />a virtual environment.
