COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />APPLICABILITY OF LOSS ADJUSTMENT EXPENSE TO DEDUCTIBLE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />CG0300 - DEDUCTIBLE LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />The deductible amount stated shall be applicable to each claim and will include <br />loss payments, and adjustment, investigative and legal fees and costs, whether or <br />not loss payment is involved. Subject to the deductible amount, it is agreed that <br />the Insured upon demand by the Company, will pay such part of the adjustment, <br />investigative and legal fees and costs as written demand may be made therefore <br />and within 10 days of such demand. Subject to the deductible amount, it is further <br />agreed that in the event of any loss payment being required herein, the Insured <br />shall make payment of the required deductible amount within 10 days of written <br />demand therefore. <br />Should the deductible payment not be made within 10 days of demand, this policy <br />will be subject to cancellation in accordance with the normal cancellation <br />provisions of this policy for non payment of premium. <br />CG 169 (04 91) <br />} z <br />a <br />Risk MmWmerdDMsian <br />REVIEWED & APPROVED BY.- <br />p R.
