C H U ® B" General Liability <br />Definitions WHEN USED WITH RESPECT TOINSURANCE UNDER THIS CONTRACT, WORDS <br />AND PHRASES THAT APPEAR IN BOLD PRINT HAVE THE SPECIAL MEANINGS <br />DESCRIBED BELOW; <br />Products -Completed 2, the existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials; or <br />Operations Hazard products or operations for which the classification in our Tales indicates that such products or <br />(00ntinued) operations are not subject to the Pioducts-Comploted Operations Aggregate Limit of <br />lose=ce. <br />Property Damage <br />Property damage means; <br />physical injury to tangible property, including resulting loss of use of that property, All such <br />loss of use, shall'40 deemed to occur at the time of the physical hijury that caused it, or <br />loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such loss of use shall be <br />dcomed to occur at the blear of the occurrence that caused it, <br />Tangible property does not include any software, data or other information that is in electronic <br />form, <br />suit <br />Suit means a civil proceeding in which damages, to which this insuranoo applies, are sought.
