THIS NOTICE DOES NOT AMEND ANY PROVISION OF <br />YOUR POLICY. YOU SHOULD REVIEW YOUR ENTIRE POLICY CAREFULLY FOR COMPLETE <br />INFORMATION ON THE COVERAGES PROVIDED AND TO DETERMINE YOUR RIGHTS AND DUTIES <br />UNDER YOUR POLICY. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AGENT OR BROKER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS <br />ABOUT THIS NOTICE OR ITS CONTENTS. IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN YOUR POLICY AND <br />THIS NOTICE, THE PROVISIONS OF YOUR POLICY PREVAIL. <br />The Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (TRIA), as amended and extended by the Terrorism Risk Insurance <br />Program Reauthorization Act of 2015 (TRIPRA 2015), provides for a program under which the Federal <br />Government will share in insured losses caused by certain acts of terrorism. Unless the United States Congress <br />takes action to extend it, TRIA will expire on December 31, 2020. <br />Your policy provides coverage for workers compensation losses caused by acts of terrorism, subject to the <br />policy's terms, definitions, exclusions and conditions. This coverage includes workers compensation benefit <br />obligations dictated by state law, except in Pennsylvania, where injuries or deaths resulting from certain war - <br />related activities are excluded from workers compensation coverage. <br />The premium charge for the coverage that your policy provides for terrorism losses is shown on the <br />Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act Disclosure Endorsement that is included in your <br />policy. In the event of TRIA's expiration, this premium amount may continue or change for new, renewal, <br />and in -force policies in effect on or after December 31, 2020, subject to regulatory review in accordance <br />with applicable state law. <br />No action regarding this notice is required on your part at this time.
