The fringe costs <br />include 100% coverage of employee health benefits, 75% coverage for dependents, dental, vision, <br />matching contributions to 401K plans in FY 2021, life insurance, and other employee benefits including <br />generous vacation/leave packages. <br />Other Than Personnel Expenses (OTPE):(The categories listed below are illustrative, not exhaustive.
