<br />Project Manager
<br />Evanne is an Architectural Historian and Preservation Planner in
<br />ARG's Los Angeles office with academic and professional training
<br />in historic preservation planning. Evanne has worked with ARG
<br />since 2013, first as a planning intern and later hired as a full-time
<br />staff member. Her experience includes historic structure reports,
<br />historic resource evaluations, landmark nominations, historic
<br />resources surveys, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
<br />compliance documentation, Mills Act Property Tax Abatement
<br />Program administration, and federal historic preservation tax credit
<br />applications. Evanne is also actively involved with the Association
<br />for Preservation Technology International(APT)Technical
<br />Committee on Sustainable Preservation.

<br />Mary is an Architectural Historian and Preservation Planner in
<br />ARG's Los Angeles office. She has extensive experience in writing
<br />historic contexts, landmark nominations, historic structures
<br />reports, and historic resource evaluations, and has managed and
<br />contributed to numerous historic resources surveys. Mary is also
<br />an archaeologist and has managed dozens of projects involving
<br />both prehistoric and historical resources. Mary is on the faculty of
<br />the University of Southern California's School of Architecture as an
<br />adjunct lecturer in the Heritage Conservation program, where she
<br />teaches a graduate -level Advanced Documentation course.
