GOAL/ <br />OBJECTIVE <br />Goal 5 <br />Objective 5.2 <br />Increase <br />organizational <br />opportunities. <br />for learning <br />and <br />professional <br />growth. <br />Objective 5.3 <br />Coordinate <br />and align <br />California's <br />emergency <br />management <br />planning <br />efforts to <br />achieve overall <br />consistency. <br />ACTIVITY <br />Increase organizational <br />for professional growth and <br />development by providing training, <br />information sharing, continuous <br />professional education, and <br />performance evaluations. <br />Enhance operational efficiency <br />through effective planning and <br />management of key initiatives, assets <br />and resources. Tasks include publishing <br />and information sharing of updated state <br />and federal guidelines. <br />Posting of all Emergency Management <br />meetings including the Orange County <br />Emergency Management Organization, the <br />Orange County Operational Area Executive <br />Board, and all sub -committee within these <br />identified entities. <br />Posting and discussion opportunities for <br />plans, strategies and after action/corrective <br />action reports. <br />Host After Action and Corrective Action <br />planning conferences after each exercise, <br />emergency incident and/or CA EOC <br />activation, this will establish best practices, <br />as well as, lessons learned to develop <br />strategies for improvement to the <br />operational effectiveness of the Orange <br />County Emergency Response Organization. <br />Develop a written After Action document <br />and oversight committee I after each conference and assist OA <br />recommendations.
