If the student has received federal student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of moneys not <br />paid from federal student financial aid program funds. <br />This institution shall refund any credit balance on the student's account within 45 days after the date of the <br />student's completion of, or withdrawal from, the educational program in which the student was enrolled. <br />Any questions a student may have regarding this catalog that have not been satisfactorily answered by the <br />institution may be directed to the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, 1747 N. A student enrolled in an unaccredited institution is not eligible for federal financial aid programs. We <br />accept funding from self -pay students, and students that have acquired funding through other federal agencies. If <br />a student decides to get funding through other agencies they must abide by the regulations of the funding <br />agency. Camino Real Career School participates in the WIA (Workforce Investment Act) as a source of funding <br />for its students who qualify. <br />Checklist 927 <br />Loan Repayment <br />If a student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have the responsibility to repay the <br />full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund, and that, if the student has received federal <br />student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of the moneys not paid from federal student financial <br />aid program funds. <br />Checklist #2 <br />Financial Aid Disclosures <br />If a student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have to repay to repay the full <br />amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund, and that, if the student has received federal <br />student financial aid funds, the student is entitled to a refund of the money not paid from federal student <br />financial aid program funds. <br />Checklist #29 — standards for student achievement <br />Grades and Standards for Student Achievement - Satisfactory Progress <br />Grades are awarded on a pass / fail basis. Checklists are used by instructors to record student acquisition and <br />mastery of assorted skills. Students must achieve a "pass" rating on all quizzes and skill demonstrations. <br />
