INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />APR 2 8 2021 CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATES <br />0 1, Pw (0) (Pmct rsov% 0—)INrybc'61"nei� <br />LICENSE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />11753 RaymarStreet, Santa Ana, California] <br />N-2021-067 <br />I/we, Koreem Osbourne and Chanel Osbourne, as the legal owners ("Owner^) of the property located at 1753 Raymar <br />Street (Assessor Parcel Number 010-031-33), In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange (the "Property"), do hereby <br />grant The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution <br />and the laws of the State of California (collectively referred to as the "City"), the right to enter the Property and hereby <br />grants to City a License and Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: <br />Regrade a portion of the landscape area and adjust Irrigation system within area, In the Property to <br />meet construction elevation of a new curb ramp In the publicstreet for the Raitt Street Rehabilitation <br />project, Fiscal Year 18/19, see attached UHIBITA. <br />The City agrees to Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from and against any and all actions, suits, claims, <br />demands, judgments, losses, expenses, or liabilities, Injuries and damages to persons and property, Including death, <br />arising out of or related to Clty's use of the Property or the entry by any City party on the Property, Including without <br />limitation, City s guests, Invitees, or contractors.
