INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />�R 2 8 2021 CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DAM <br />O.N I0) (WeTS6N ClnrysoskoYna) l8 <br />LICENSE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />11746 Camlle Place, Santa Ana, California] <br />N-2021-069 <br />I/we, Brenda Steele Matthews and Brenda Steele Matthews 2017 Trust, as the legal owners ("Owner") of the property <br />located at 1746 Camile Place (Assessor Parcel Number 010-052-09), In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange (the <br />"Property"), do hereby grant The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California (collectively referred to as the "City"), the right to enter the <br />Property and hereby grants to City a License and Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: <br />Regrade a portion of the landscape area and adjust irrigation system within area, in the Property to <br />meet construction elevation of a new curb ramp In the public street for the Raitt Street Rehabilitation <br />project, Fiscal Year 18/19, see attached EXHIBIT A. <br />The City agrees to Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ownerfrom and against any and all actions, suits, claims, <br />demands, judgments, losses, expenses, or liabilities, Injuries and damages to persons and property, Including death, <br />arising out of or related to City's use of the Property orthe entry by any City party on the Property, Including without <br />limitation, City's guests, invitees, or contractors.
