STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Oxnard Track and Field Projects <br />Oxnard, CA <br />(7) High schools for Oxnard Unified High School District where our scope of work includes <br />Poul Hanson <br />coordination with the District's Master Architect to finalize the layout and design of new Gateway <br />Bond Project Manager <br />structures at each campus while also replacing natural grass football fields with new artificial turf <br />Oxnard Union High <br />Under <br />fields and in some cases replacing dilapidated tracks as well. We were also tasked with addressing <br />School District <br />Construction <br />long term drainage issues at each campus while providing for additional amenities such as basketball <br />805,385.2683 <br />courts, tennis courts, and outdoor plazas. All (7) projects have been approved through DSA and the <br />poul.hanson@ <br />first (3) are currently under construction. Our performance on these projects has led the District to <br />oxnardunion.org <br />have us also prepare additional plans related to the demolition and replacement of existing bleachers <br />at a few of these high school sites. <br />Orange Coast College Aquatics Center <br />Costa Mesa, CA <br />The project was conceptualized with the simple idea of "movement' to reflect a key characteristic of <br />Rochelle Favis <br />both Kinesiology and Athletics. Movement is reflected in the architectural elements that flow from the <br />program Manager <br />Coast Community <br />Under <br />Northern welcoming wing of Division Offices and Athletic Training to the Southern end facilitating the <br />College <br />College District <br />Construction <br />Aquatic portion of the complex. The complex also houses program such as Adapted PE, Equipment <br />Management, Locker and Team Rooms. The KAPI Complex in total consists of approximately 113,00 <br />rfavis@cccd.edu <br />SF, 37,650 GSF of conditioned program, a 9,250 GSF Shade Canopy, a 65M x 75' Competition Pool <br />and a 25-yard x 75' Instructional pool. <br />Moorpark College Entry Monument & Wayfinding <br />Moorpark, CA <br />Design of all new static signage, including removal of existing signage as required, new wayfinding <br />Jahn Sinutko <br />Director of Facilities, <br />signage, including street level to parking; parking to buildings along pedestrian and vehicular access <br />MoorparkCollege <br />Moorpark College <br />Est. Our team prepared demo, construction, grading, and planting <br />jsi edu <br />plans for the new sign and adjacent improvements. Scope required close collaboration with civil, <br />structural, landscape, and environmental graphics teams. <br />Townsquare Park* <br />Ontario, CA <br />Townsquare Park was an exciting project for the City of Ontario. It is the first dedicated park space <br />for the City's historic downtown district. Located within one square block, the project is designed to <br />Carolyn Bell, ASLA, <br />accommodate a wide range of public events throughout the year from concerts to a farmer's market. <br />PLA <br />It also serves as a retreat for the daily user, such as nearby residents or workers on their lunch break <br />Landscape Planning <br />2014 <br />from adjacent businesses. The park includes a pedestrian promenade, open air amphitheater with <br />Division <br />great lawn, clock tower, history art wall with tile mural, and a themed children's play area. Additionally, <br />City of Ontario <br />the project received funding from the State Urban Greening Projects Grant (Prop 84) which required <br />909.395.2237 <br />the use of California native species and sustainable elements integrated into the site design such as <br />permeable paving and a vegetated bioswale. <br />*Michael Ledbetter prepared these construction documents while at RJM Design Group. <br />Conservation Park* <br />Ontario, CA <br />Conservation Park converted nearly an acre of lawn adjacent to the Ontario Civic Center into a public <br />Carolyn Bell, ASLA, <br />park space with recreational and educational experiences for young and old alike. The design of the <br />PLA <br />park was generated through a series of community meetings where the public was given a chance to <br />Landscape Planning <br />2014 <br />provide input on the different features of the park.
