Installation of Red Curb Painting and New Roadway Signs. (PCO #2.2) <br />TOTAL AGREED PRICE = $3,144.45 <br />2. Pilasters on both sides of south end entry per designs from the city. (PCO #6) <br />TOTAL AGREED PRICE=$22,372.50 <br />3. Manhole required lowering to new grade and existing manhole did not have concrete rings in <br />order to lower manhole. In order to lower manhole the 36" concentric riser needed to be <br />removed and a new 24" concentric riser needed to be installed in order to adjust manhole to <br />new grade. All work was completed on force account. (PCO #10) <br />TOTAL AGREED PRICE = $3,552.48 <br />4. Relocation of Water Meter that was in conflict of Wrought Iron Fence Line —All work <br />completed on force account. (PCO #11) <br />TOTAL AGREED PRICE = $5,516.07 <br />5. Repair of damaged curb & gutter from auto accident on 11/27/21 on the Northeast corner of <br />Park Lane & Lincoln Avenue. All work was completed on force account. (PCO #12) <br />TOTAL AGREED PRICE = $6,628.40 <br />6.
