Trainings will include cGMP (up to the FDA regulatory standards), <br />METRC trace -and -track, and in-depth technical expertise in laboratory and beverage <br />manufacturing equipment. Employees will be able to easily transfer these sets of <br />knowledge and experience to many other industries and/or companies. We aim to <br />encourage, support and train members of our team to become highly proficient in skills <br />that are of high demand within our industry. <br />Volunteer Hours <br />Furthermore, we encourage our employees to give back to the community, allowing <br />each employee up to 20 hours of paid volunteer work on an annual basis to a non-profit <br />that will benefit residents of Santa Ana. Throughout 2021, the company will reach out to <br />non -profits that serve the City of Santa Ana and to those that the employees suggest <br />themselves. This compiled list will be provided to all employees at the company and <br />introduced within the company's Employee Handbook. <br />Employee Benefits <br />We at Carden Labs, Inc. understand the importance of an employee's well-being as a <br />critical factor of commercial success. The company currently provides employer - <br />sponsored health insurance for those that elect to participate. The company will also <br />offer dental and vision insurance by end of March 2021. Starting January of 2022, the <br />company will provide tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000 annually towards continuing <br />education for those that have worked at the company for more than one (1) year. Our <br />intent is to take care of the health of the individuals that join our team and support the <br />development of skills for each member. <br />10 <br />
