CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 14-6809, WARNER AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS (MAIN TO OAK) <br />PROJECT NO.: 18-6424 WARNER AVENUE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS (MAIN TO OAK) <br />PROJECT NO.: 20-6618 WARNER AVE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS (MAIN TO OAK) <br />PREVAILING WAQE COMPL.J&1 &E AND MONiTOR1IVG STATEMEN 1 <br />Contractor is aware of the requirements of California Labor Code Section 1720, et seq., as well as <br />California Code of Regulations,, Title 8, Section 16,000, et seq„ ("Prevailing Wage Laws"), Which <br />require the payment ofprevailing wage rates and the performance of other requirements on "public <br />"works" and "maintenance" projects. Since the services are beingperfortr ed as part of an applicable <br />"public works" or "maintenance" project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws; and since the <br />total compensation is $1,000 or more, Contractor agrees to fully comply with such Prevailing <br />Wage Laves. <br />City shall provide Contractor with a copy of the prevailing rates of per diem wages in effect at the <br />commencement of this Agreement.
