XX. AGREEMENT DOCUMENT, EXHIBITS, AND ATTACHMENTS <br />All of the attachments and exhibits attached to this AGREEMENT are deemed incorporated by <br />reference. This document may be executed in three (3) counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed to be an original. <br />Each undersigned represents and warrants that its signature hereiribelow has the power, authority and right to <br />bind their respective parties to each of the terms of this AGREEMENT, and shall indemnify the CITY fully, <br />including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, for any injuries or damages to the CITY in the event that such <br />authority or power is not, in fact, held by the signatory or is withdrawn. <br />(Signatures on following page) <br />23 <br />
