We need to have a clean city and have <br />everyone live in peace. We need to do something to relocate this people and have our downtown area look <br />nice. No point on making big investments with building in the area if there is no control with what happens in <br />the surroundings. <br /> <br />it's time for all of us to work together and get this people to a place where they don't interfere with other's <br />lives.
