Approval Disclosure Statement <br />The American Trade Academy (ATA) was granted institutional approval from the Bureau for Private <br />Postsecondary Education (BPPE) pursuant to §94802 of the California Education Code. This approval means <br />that the institution and its operations comply with minimum standards established under law for occupational <br />instruction by private postsecondary educational institutions. Institutional approval must be re -approved <br />periodically and is subject to continuing review.
