<br />E. Addition and future laws. Other current and future federal and state laws prohibiting
<br />discrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, ethnic
<br />group identification, age, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition, genetic
<br />information, marital status, or sexual orientation.
<br />F. Failure to comply. If Subrecipient fails to comply with the requirements of any Sub -
<br />Paragraphs of this Paragraph 49 Administrator may withhold payment to Subrecipient
<br />and/or terminate this Contract in accordance with Paragraph K.
<br />50. Publication: No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data,
<br />photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art work, resulting from performance or prepared
<br />in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Subrecipient and/or anyone acting under
<br />the supervision of Subrecipient to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or department,
<br />without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the
<br />services of this Contract. All press releases, including graphic display information to be published
<br />in newspapers, magazines, or other media of any kind, are to be administered only by the County
<br />unless otherwise agreed to by both Parties. Nothing herein shall limit Subrecipient's ability to
<br />comply with the CPRA, etc., in compliance with the requirements set forth in Paragraph S.
<br />51. Drug Free Workplace: Subrecipient shall execute and abide by the Drug Free Workplace
<br />Certification attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />52. D-U-N-S Number and Related Information: D-U-N-S Number is a unique, 9-digit identifier
<br />issued and maintained by the Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) that verifies the existence of a business
<br />entity. The D-U-N-S number is needed to coordinate with the System for Award Management
<br />(SAM) that combines Federal procurement systems and the Catalog of Federal Domestic
<br />Assistance into one new system. https://www.SAM.Qov.
<br />The D-U-N-S Number must be provided to County at the County's request and prior to the
<br />execution of this Contract. Subrecipient shall ensure all D-U-N-S information is up to date and
<br />the D-U-N-S number status is "active," with no active exclusions prior to execution of this
<br />Contract. If County cannot access the Subrecipient's D-U-N-S information related to this Federal
<br />subaward on the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act subaward Reporting
<br />system (SAM.GOV) due to errors in the Subrecipient's data entry for its D-U-N-S number, the
<br />Subrecipient must immediately update the information as required.
<br />The County reserves the right to verify and validate any information prior to contract award and
<br />during the entire term of the Contract.
<br />53. Modification of Program Components and Service Levels: The Parties hereto agree that those
<br />program components and service levels detailed in Attachments A, B, C, D, E, and/or F may be
<br />modified upon mutual written agreement of the Administrator and Subrecipient so long as the
<br />total payments under this Contract are not increased and the basic goals and objectives of the
<br />program are not altered. Should the Federal Government and/or the State of California modify
<br />any program component and/or service level detailed in Attachments A, B, C, D, E, and/or F then
<br />the County shall have the right to unilaterally modify this Contract to meet such requirements.
<br />A. County may at any time, unilaterally, by written notification to Subrecipient, make
<br />changes within the general scope of this Contract, including, in the definition of services
