PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this Contract is to provide services that support federally funded services <br />offered through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and by the Orange <br />County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) and its Subrecipients for Professional <br />Consulting Services in the Orange County Region. <br />2. SERVICES <br />Subrecipient may be called upon to serve one or more or a combination of One -Stop <br />Centers, Business Services, and Youth programs, Special Workforce Development <br />Projects, and other projects and programs to support regional workforce development as <br />funding allows. <br />A. Subrecipient will be provided access to the Project Manager who will assist with <br />the scheduling and information needed to complete the required deliverables for <br />said services and projects pertaining to the Orange County Regional Planning Unit. <br />B. Monitoring and Evaluation Services will also be available, if needed. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />A. Subrecipient will be called upon to provide at minimum but not limited to the <br />following services on an as -needed basis: <br />i. Regional Plan hnolementation 3.0 <br />a. Collaborate with OCWDB and Regional Organizer (RO) in establishing <br />and facilitating regional goals and objectives; developing regional <br />strategies, policies and programs as part of regional planning and <br />infrastructure development; <br />b. Collaborate with OCWDB and RO to address identified skills gap, <br />employment, education, workforce, economic development, and <br />poverty challenges in the region; <br />c.
