Orozco, Norma <br />From: Linda K <Ikteamtalk@gmail.com> <br />Sent: Monday, May 17, 2021 10:02 PM <br />To: eComment <br />Subject: In support of Item#26, Agendizing Public Health Resolution <br />Dear Mayor and Santa Ana City Council Members, <br />Santa Ana has been a leader in creating active transportation projects and a thriving downtown art and <br />community hub for its residents, businesses, and Orange County visitors. <br />As one of the largest cities in Orange County, Santa Ana can lead the way by making a bold commitment to <br />cleaner, healthier communities and voting to pass the Climate and Public Health Emergency Resolution. <br />Cities are responsible for roughly 70% of fossil fuel pollution, but also can be instrumental in curbing these <br />emissions: Cities: a cause and solution to climate chance. <br />Santa Ana can help lead the way to make Orange County a thriving, healthy, clean -tech leader. One of the most <br />important ways to start is to adopt Community Choice Energy (CCE).
