Murphy, and Pulido <br />Absent: None <br />Committee Vote <br />Following the roll call vote, this item was declared passed 7-0 by the Members <br />present. <br />Committee Recommendations (reflects a recommended change from staffs <br />recommendation) <br />** The Committee approved an amended Recommendation B, to exclude action on Item 1, viii. <br />pertaining to Hazard Avenue between Euclid Street and Harbor Boulevard. <br />(see Committee Discussion below for details). <br />A. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or his designee, to negotiate and <br />execute a final memorandum of understanding specifying roles and <br />responsibilities for implementation of proposed actions related to the Master <br />Plan of Arterial Highways amendment request. Participating agencies <br />include the cities of Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Tustin, and the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority. <br />B. Conditionally approve the following amendment to the Master Plan of Arterial <br />Highways to: <br />Reclassify the following streets from a secondary (four -lane, undivided) <br />arterial to a divided collector (two-lane divided): <br />i. Cambridge Street between Fairhaven Avenue and State Route 22. <br />ii.
