<br />II. PROJECT PURPOSE
<br />The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified firm(s) that can provide a broad range of
<br />Information Technology (IT) support, maintenance and new project consulting for its various
<br />departments. Services will be requested for an as -needed duration and charged on an hourly -
<br />basis.
<br />III. SCOPE OF SERVICES
<br />A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
<br />1. IT Service Provider(s) management will be expected to work in conjunction with City IT
<br />Management in order to provide effective day-to-day management of work activities and
<br />tasks of their staff, manage their leave requests, provide replacement staffing (if
<br />requested by City) and manage the onboarding/off boarding of their staff.
<br />2. IT Service Provider will be responsible for all payments and benefits for their personnel
<br />placed on assignments with the City, including payroll, taxes, other withholding,
<br />vacation, other benefits, etc.
