Excellent knowledge of Internet -based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, and CareerBuilder etc.) Used a wide variety of applicant tracking systems. Strong candidate networking experience, exceptional people skills, established interviewing skills, strong communication skills, demonstrated understanding of information technology industry, Retains client and corporate confidentiality, exercises sound judgment, detail -oriented and articulate. Proven professional networking using online social media (Linkedln, Twitter, Facebook, blog sites), Interfaces effectively with customers, co- workers, and executive management. Proven record of accomplishment in developing, implementing and championing creative *out of the box* recruiting strategies. Manage accounts such as State of North Carolina, State of Maryland, State of Texas, State of Illinois, State of Ohio, Baltimore Metropolitan Council, Rural Health Network of South -Central New York (RHNSCNY), Louisville water company, City of Berkeley, City of San Juan Capistrano, City of Minneapolis, City of Chesapeake, City of San Antonio, CaISTRS, State of Missouri for their Temporary staffing needs.
