RFP NO. 20-124 <br />GN'F 6 JI"NI <br />Information Technology As -Needed Professional Services <br />(ASD) Program Manager, provided the expertise needed to <br />manage the development of a large, complex application and <br />ensuring the project completes on -time, on -budget with a <br />high -degree of client satisfaction and quality. The IT Project <br />Manager was responsible for managing and directing the <br />design, development, and deployment of the new Judicial <br />Information System (JIS) ensuring the system meets the <br />technical goals and standards of the JCC. Our resource <br />successfully communicated and coordinated the activities of <br />many business units throughout the JCC. <br />Technology Port of Seattle The Port of Seattle (Port) is working on a series of <br />Consultant, System Information and Communication Technology (ICT) <br />Evaluation & Selection facilitated technology projects related to IDS5, See <br />Consultant Something/Say Something mobile app, Noise Complaint <br />Tracking, Facilities and Infrastructure (F&I) Energy/Lights <br />Software, and others. To assist with these projects, <br />Information Technology (IT) technical services are needed. <br />Infojini assigned resources that assisted on a series of <br />projects which includes IDS5 to capture and report runway <br />conditions, a mobile app to capture customer/employee real <br />time facility feedback, Noise Complaint tracking and <br />actioning, and other infrastructure upgrades. The Project <br />Manager worked closely with the ICT Program Management <br />Office (PMO) and key business stakeholders responsible for <br />the efforts to plan, track, coordinate, and execute to <br />successfully implement Port -wide infrastructure technology. <br />GIS Administrator, South Carolina Local Agency Data Collection (LADC) - The project <br />GIS Analyst Dept. of involves the collection of road data from all of the counties <br />Transportation in South Carolina to the GIS Mapping Department of SC <br />Department of Transportation. <br />Data includes mileage allocation, routes, distinction between <br />private and state and locally owned roads. The data must be <br />brought into the mapping system and then put into Oracle <br />tables. <br />States and counties are apportioned back money given to the <br />FHWA based on the exact amount of road mileage existent <br />in the state. <br />The project is entirely funded by the Federal Highway <br />Administration. All 46 counties in South Carolina will have <br />their road mileage accounted for prior to the completion of <br />the project. <br />Our employee is a GIS Analyst/Technician who uses SC <br />DOT's mapping system and physical road maps to verify the <br />data sent in. <br />Infojini Inc.
