<br />• Sphere headed working with 7 separate California County Court Pretrial Programs which
<br />included on -site visits, weekly project status meetings, maintaining and monitoring active
<br />action item lists and issue logs, creating and maintaining detail Implementation Plans,
<br />overseeing Data Extractions of Court, Probation and Jail demographics details
<br />• Directly involved with enabling various Courts to implement Pretrial Risk Assessment Tools
<br />(PSA, ORAS, and VPRA/VPRA-I)
<br />• Work directly with Presiding Judges, CEOs, CIOs, Chief Probation Officers, Deputy
<br />Executive Officers, Sheriff's and judicial staff to ensure project deliverables were met and/or
<br />exceeded by the program standards
<br />• Created key project deliverables which provided clear direction to the overall Pretrial Program
<br />Project direction. These artifacts included a defined Scope and Objectives, a detail Project
<br />Charter, Communication Plan, Project Organizational Chart, Project Overview Diagram,
<br />Project Schedule, Risk Management Log, Roles and Responsibility Matrix, Contact Matrix,
<br />Project Dependencies and Constraints, Project Success Factors, and a Project Flexibility
<br />Matrix
<br />• Facilitated multiple efforts with the Courts, Probation, and Jail staff on the development of
<br />As -Is (Current State) and To -Be (Future State) Business Process Swimlane Diagrams that
<br />allowed the business to understand the current and future workflows, gaps and areas of
<br />opportunity to create a successful Pretrial Program
<br />• Provided Detail Project Status Reports on current project activities, success,
<br />barriers/challenges and next steps of all assigned County's
<br />• Created a Journal Technology Pretrial Community within the JCC to address Best Practices,
<br />Common Configuration Issues & Solutions, created a collaborative environment, so that the
<br />Courts could discuss challenges utilizing the application, how they could leverage each other's
<br />application knowledge and resolve pain points within the County's
<br />• Work internally with Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and the IT Executive staff to
<br />ensure project success was maintained and key deliverables were being met within the
<br />Program
<br />• Successfully applied a Hands-on Project Management Approach which creates synergy within
<br />each project team, staff empowerment, which removed barriers and obstacles to ensure overall
<br />project success
