HR Round of Screening <br />This round of screening helps to understand whether the resource is committed to accepting the <br />opportunity with the client. We would make sure that the following expectations are clearly <br />communicated to the resource: <br />• Compensation offered <br />• Duration of the project <br />• Location and travel(if any) requirements <br />• Work hours and any weekend or off hours requirement <br />• Onsite/offsite <br />Dress code (if any) <br />We also conduct screening to ensure that the candidate is a cultural fit and possesses the best soft <br />skills. We do this to avoid any resource backing out after going through the interview process. <br />3. Pre -Screen Employment/Background Checks <br />Infojini agrees to perform, criminal record check, motor vehicle check (if applicable), verification <br />of education, verification of employment experience, history or expertise of the Contractor's <br />employees in a manner consistent with applicable law and the Agreement, and as deemed <br />necessary by the City. We conduct complete background checks of candidates before their joining. <br />Depending on the client's requirements, the background checks are completed at the time of <br />candidate submission or before the resource starts at the client site. Here are some of the <br />background checks that we conduct <br />Identity Check <br />Health Checks <br />License verification <br />Credit History Check <br />Blacklist Check <br />National Criminal Records Check <br />Drug Testing — 4-panel, 5-panel and 10- <br />panel <br />Tests/Urine/Breath Alcohol/Physical/ TB <br />Test <br />Employment Reference Check <br />Education and Credential Check <br />Criminal Background Check <br />Finger Printing <br />Skills Checklist (at time of hire and annually) <br />E-Verify <br />Other checks Financial Sanction Search <br />(FSS), OFAC, OIG, EPLS and National Sex Offender <br />etc. <br />4. Professional Reference Check: We will carry out a thorough reference check for every <br />candidate that is submitted for client consideration.
