The proposed Project and <br />Environmental Contract Administration Fee would replace the current fee with a 15-percent fee, which is the percentage of <br />staff time to process these services and is more consistent with other large jurisdictions and would broaden the scope of the <br />fee to cover other contractual services, such as legal services hired by the City for specific development projects. The average <br />development project amount is $30,000. In-house fees would remain the same and will not be affected. <br />2.
