Presently, this translates to <br />adding 2 FTE, which have not been added to the proposed <br />budget at this time. <br />• Administration of a citywide records management (retention) <br />program to ensure compliance of storage, retrieval, and <br />destruction of City records across all departments. (This has not <br />been updated since 2013.) <br />• Intradepartmental cross training in COTC programs and systems <br />to improve efficiency and effectiveness. <br />• 16-month management and execution of the redistricting of City <br />wards and 2022 Mayoral and Council races (Wards 2, 4, and 6). <br />26 <br />
