Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Nogalis, Inc. for Lawson Managed Services fora (4) four-year term expiring April 1, <br />2025, with the potential for two (2) additional (1) one-year renewal terms exercisable <br />by the City Manager and the City Attorney, for a total amount not -to -exceed $150,000 <br />annually and $900,000 over the life of the agreement if all extensions are utilized, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Agreement No. 2021-042 was approved. <br />19.
