Republic Services has been the City's exclusive <br />franchiise waste, hauler for over 20 years, and has benefited from an <br />excellent partnershiip and high -quality services. <br />Republic Services has demonstrated a consistent effort to provide <br />exceptional solid waste and recycling services and ensure all residential <br />and commercial customers' needs are being met. Recently, the City <br />awarded Republic Services a seven-year exclusive franchise agreement to <br />continue providing solid waste and recycling services to all residential and <br />commercial customers in the City. The new agreement is compliant with,SB <br />1383 regulations which will help the City meet the forthcoming require,menits <br />established by Cal'Recycle. <br />in addition, Republic Services has also been a great community partner by <br />helping to sponsor all City events such as the annual 01 of July Celebration, <br />the annual Movies and Concerts in, the Park series, and National Night Out. <br />This past summer Republic Services stepped up to participate in a food <br />drive to provide, much needed sustenance, to families who were severely <br />impacted financially by COVID-19 shutdowns, These are just a few <br />examples of corporate stewardship you can count on from Republic <br />Services.
