RECPTALS A. I'he parties cntcred into a First Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional Services (A-2019.239), l),ecember 17. 2019, by %'nigh Contractor agreed to provide services those experiencing homelessness including through street outreach, a service delivery for the specific purpose of reaching out to unsheltered homeless neighbors; connecting them with emergence shelter, housing, or critical services; and providing urgent, nun -facility -based care CAgreement"). The term of the Agreement was set to expire on December 31, 2020. B. ()n t)ecember 7, 2020. the Parties exercised their option to extend the term of the Agreement until June 30. 2021 (A-2019-23-01 ). The Agreement is current and in effect. C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement, and to increase the compensation to he expended under the Agreement to cover costs during the CY tended 'erne. The Parties therefore agree: Section 2.a, Compensation, is amended Eo increase the total sum to be expended under the term of the Agreement, by S230,000.
