FOR E-RATE PROGRAM COMPLAINCE SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on June 19 <br />2021, by and between Infinity Communications and Consulting, Inc. ("Consultant"), and the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-187, dated July 9, 2019, by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide consulting and program compliance services for the E-Rate <br />School and Libraries Program ("Agreement"). <br />B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to add consulting services for the Emergency <br />Connectivity Fund application and increase the compensation to pay for these new services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 1, Scope of Services, is amended to add consulting services for the City's <br />application regarding the Emergency Connectivity Fund outlined in Exhibit B; <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the total Agreement not to exceed <br />amount from ten thousand dollars and no cents ($10,000.00) to twenty thousand dollars and <br />no cents ($20,000.00); and <br />3.
