FINANCIALSERVICES <br />American Heritage College administers its finance programs in accordance to prevailing federal and <br />state laws and its own institutional policies. Students are responsible for providing all requested <br />documentation in a timely manner. Failure to do so could jeopardize the student's financial <br />assistance eligibility. In order to remain eligible for financial assistance, a student must maintain <br />satisfactory academic performance. <br />All tuition and fees are due on and are payable no later than the first day of classes unless prior <br />financial arrangements have been made with the Finance Office. A variety of payment options is <br />available to students. <br />American Heritage College does not participate in any federal financial aid programs. <br />If a student obtains a loan to pay for an educational program, the student will have the <br />responsibility to repay the full amount of the loan plus interest, less the amount of any refund, an <br />that if the student has received federal student financial aid funds the student is entitled to a refund <br />of the moneys not paid from federal student financial aid program funds <br />American Heritage College has financial options to assist you in financing the cost of your training. <br />These include partial scholarships, government funds, and employer -reimbursements, private <br />financing and in-house payment plans. <br />American Heritage College participates in government programs such as Workforce Innovations <br />and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Employment Training Provider (ETP), Veterans Administration (VA) <br />and various work source and one -stop agencies to help you find effective means of managing the <br />cost of your education. <br />For private financing, employer reimbursements and payment plans, please see the College Finance <br />Officer. <br />American Heritage College Catalog Page 31 <br />
