Owner, subject to the approval of the Rent Board. The cost of the appraisals shall <br />be paid by the Park Owner. <br />j. Whether the Park Owner has offered to sell the Mobilehome Park to the <br />Mobilehome Owners/Residents/Legal Owners and the terns of any such offer(s). <br />k. The purchase price of comparable Mobilehomes in Comparable Mobilehome <br />Parks. <br />1. The cost of Comparable Housing, including the purchase of comparable <br />condominiums and comparable Mobilehomes in a Comparable Mobilehome Park <br />and the cost of moving into a comparable apartment, including such items as first <br />and last month's rent, security deposits and higher rent or mortgage payments at <br />Comparable Housing. <br />in. A list of comparable Parks within a 50 mile radius and for each such Park, the <br />space rents and the qualifications for residence in each Park (e.g., age restrictions, <br />whether pets are allowed, whether the Park has any vacant space and will accept <br />homes being relocated, and if so, any restrictions, such as size or age, on the <br />relocated homes that would be accepted.) <br />n. Estimates from two moving companies approved by the Rent Board, and qualified <br />to move Mobilehomes on public streets and highways, of the cost of moving each <br />Mobilehome in the Mobilehome Park, including the cost of permits and tearing <br />down and setting up the Mobilehome at the new location, including the cost of <br />any upgrades to comply with applicable building, plumbing, electrical and health <br />and safety codes and the cost of moving any improvements, including, but not <br />limited to, patios, porches and pop -out rooms. <br />o. Proposed measures to mitigate the adverse impacts of the Mobilehome Park <br />Conversion on the Mobilehome Owners/Residents/Legal Owners/Occupants of <br />the Mobilehome Park. The proposed measures shall sufficiently provide a realistic <br />opportunity to relocate displaced residents to a comparable Mobilehome Park or <br />Comparable Housing, as well as properly compensate the Mobilehome <br />Owners/Residents/Occupants of the Mobilehome Park, if their home is not being <br />moved. <br />p. Identification of a relocation assistance specialist to assist the Mobilehome <br />Owners/Residents/Legal Owners/Occupants in finding and moving to relocation <br />spaces and Comparable Housing, The relocation specialist shall be mutually <br />selected by the affected Mobilehome Owners/Residents/Legal Owners/Occupants <br />and the Park Owner, subject to approval by the Rent Board and shall be paid by <br />the Park Owner. The identification of a relocation assistance specialist shall <br />include proposed measures to ensure that the Change of Use does not result in the <br />unmitigated reduction of the affordable housing stock in the City of Santa Ana. <br />The relocation assistance specialist shall be in charge of the following duties that <br />78 <br />
