<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase
<br />agreement with property owner SPS Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
<br />company, successor by merger to Cherry Aerospace LLC, a Delaware limited liability
<br />company, for the partial property acquisition and goodwill (if any) for the real property
<br />located at 1224 E. Warner Avenue (APN 016-150-09) in the amount of $898,000,
<br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney
